The journeys
Every route below is a starting point, not a fixed departure. Tell us how long you have and what you like to drink, and we rebuild it around you.
How it works
A ten-minute call or a long email. Reds or whites, cellars or landscapes, three days or ten.
A day-by-day plan with the cellars, the tables, the drives and the altitudes. You edit it until it is right.
Private cellar access, winemakers who sit down with you, and a driver who knows every ravine in the valley.

The classic
Four days in Valle de la Concepción, the warm heart of Tarija. Six cellars from the largest producer in the country to a garage winery with 4,000 bottles a year, a barrel tasting standing in the vineyard, and one very long lunch under a hundred-year-old pepper tree.

The long one
Seven days from Tarija to Camargo by road, climbing into the Cinti ravine. Two nights among vines that have never been grafted, some of them older than the Republic, still trained up living molle trees. Nowhere else on the continent looks like this.

Seasonal
Three days inside a working harvest. You pick at first light with the crew, ride the crates back, sort on the belt, and taste what the same block gave last year — from the barrel, with the person who made it. February to April only.

One day
Bolivia’s national spirit has a denomination of origin almost nobody outside the country has heard of: Muscat of Alexandria, grown above 1,600 m, distilled once. Three distilleries, an aromatics workshop, and a cocktail hour that will change what you think a grape spirit can do.

For eaters
Two days built entirely around food: a market morning in Tarija, a butcher who still ages his own beef, and two lunches cooked by producers in their own courtyards. Every wine is chosen after the dish, never before it.

The full country
Twelve days end to end: the Tarija valleys, the Cinti ravine, Potosí, and out onto the Uyuni salt flat with a case of what you tasted along the way. The wine is the thread; the country is the point.
Always included
Not a driver with a script. Someone who can tell you why the 2019 tastes like that.
The valleys are an hour of dirt road apart. You never wait for a bus.
Fees, pours, lunches and the bottle someone opens because you asked a good question.
We handle the paperwork for the case you did not plan on buying.
Private
Two people or ten, any week of the year. Every stop chosen for you, and the freedom to spend three hours in a cellar because the conversation got good.
Build a private routeSmall group
Four departures a year, timed to harvest and to the first pruning. Eight travellers maximum, because nine will not fit around the table we want you at.
